Orders placed through this website by 2 pm will be dispatched the same working day (or the subsequent Monday for weekend orders), for items in stock. An item stated as ‘available on back order’ as an estimated delivery date of approximately 3 to 4 weeks. Once an order is placed, an email will be supplied under separate cover providing a more specific time period.
Delivery for orders to mainland UK and Ireland is free if your order is over £100 + VAT. If your order is under £100 + VAT then there is a delivery charge of £6.25 + VAT.
Delivery for the Republic of Ireland and Isle of Man will be charged £8.33 + VAT. Delivery to the Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland will be charged £10. (For customers in the Republic of Ireland, please note that we don’t quote for any possible customs charges you may incur and, if any are due, this will be at the cost of the customer.)
Mainland UK orders are sent next day delivery. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland will be sent on a 2 day service.
You will receive an email or text message (depending on details provided during ordering process) letting you know when your order has been dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched, your courier will attempt delivery twice on consecutive days. If the courier needs to try a third attempt, you may be liable for a re-delivery charge.
We usually use a courier service to deliver larger items, which normally requires a signature. If you are likely to be out when our delivery is due, you may enter delivery instructions (e.g. ‘please leave with neighbour’ or ‘please leave parcel in porch’) in the order notes as you check out. However, if you do ask for goods to be left on your property (e.g. in the porch or shed) while you are out, the courier will be unable to get a signature, so this is at your own risk.
Whilst we guarantee to dispatch in-stock items the same day, we cannot guarantee exact delivery date/time against factors beyond our control e.g. courier delivery failures, bad weather conditions and manufacturer stock issues.
