Protos Integral ear defenders white are exceptionally comfortable to wear and slot simply and quickly into position inside the Protos helmet shell, providing noise reduction of SNR 26dB.
The contact pressure and ear position are adjustable so as to obtain the perfect fit for each individual wearer. Contact pressure can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the pressure via the red dial positioned on the inner side of the ear defender. The ear cups slide up and down on the bracket arm to obtain the perfect fit over the ear.
Protos Integral ear defenders are positioned on the inside of the helmet shell, thereby preventing any snagging on the outside. When the ear defenders are not required for use, they simply park up inside the shell. This keeps the ear defenders dry and allows air to circulate when they are not in use.
Supplied as a complete set, one left and one right, with hearing protection absorption and support pads, ready for use. The brackets are also included.
Replacement hygiene kits are available and are simply installed.

Recommendation to maintain the noise absorption values: Absorption Inserts should be replaced every 2-3 years and the outer Support Pads should be replaced every six months for daily use.

Delivery for orders to mainland Great Britain is free if your order is over £100 + VAT. If your order is under £100 + VAT then there is a delivery charge of £7.50 + VAT. Delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland will be charged £15 + VAT. (For customers in the Republic of Ireland, please note that we don’t quote for any possible customs charges you may incur and, if any are due, this will be at the cost of the customer).
You will receive an email or text message (depending on details provided during ordering process) letting you know when your order has been dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched, tour courier will attempt delivery twice on consecutive days. If the courier needs to try a third attempt, you may be liable for a re-delivery charge.

We usually use a courier service to deliver larger items, which normally requires a signature. If you are likely to be out when our delivery is due, you may enter delivery instructions (e.g. ‘please leave with neighbour’ or ‘please leave parcel in porch’) in the order notes as you check out. However, if you do ask for goods to be left on your property (e.g. in the porch or shed) while you are out, the courier will be unable to get a signature, so this is at your own risk.
Whilst we guarantee to dispatch in-stock items the same day, we cannot guarantee exact delivery date/time against factors beyond our control e.g. courier delivery failures, bad weather conditions and manufacturer stock issues.
