Pfanner Protos Reversible and Re-usable Face Mask
The Pfanner Protos Reversible Mask is a double-layer mask made of a soft comfortable material.
Every mask has two different colours (inside and outside). This mask features a yellow side with the Pfanner logo and a black side with the Protos logo. It is sustainable and reusable. Before turning the mask, it has to be washed.
The elastic straps are comparable with the Pfanner Hygienic Mask and are also connected by a soft elastic band in the neck, for comfort and security. A unique design. The customer can wear the mask in different ways.

If you or your customer would like to have the Pfanner Reversible Mask customised with a logo or name, please contact the team at Outwear. Customisation will incur an additional charge and the delivery time will be around 2 weeks longer. The MOQ for customised items is 100 masks.
Delivery & Returns
Orders placed through this website by 3.00 pm will be dispatched the same working day (or the subsequent Monday for weekend orders), subject to stock availability.
Delivery for orders to mainland Great Britain is free if your order is over £100 + VAT. If your order is under £100 + VAT then there is a delivery charge of £7.50 + VAT. Delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland will be charged £15 + VAT. (For customers in the Republic of Ireland, please note that we don’t quote for any possible customs charges you may incur and, if any are due, this will be at the cost of the customer).
You will receive an email or text message (depending on details provided during ordering process) letting you know when your order has been dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched, tour courier will attempt delivery twice on consecutive days. If the courier needs to try a third attempt, you may be liable for a re-delivery charge.

We usually use a courier service to deliver larger items, which normally requires a signature. If you are likely to be out when our delivery is due, you may enter delivery instructions (e.g. ‘please leave with neighbour’ or ‘please leave parcel in porch’) in the order notes as you check out. However, if you do ask for goods to be left on your property (e.g. in the porch or shed) while you are out, the courier will be unable to get a signature, so this is at your own risk.
Whilst we guarantee to dispatch in-stock items the same day, we cannot guarantee exact delivery date/time against factors beyond our control e.g. courier delivery failures, bad weather conditions and manufacturer stock issues.
