A question about delivery & returns
Delivery
We will try our best to process any orders received before 2.00 pm on the same day of the order.
We use DPD as our courier and offer a Next Day service for most addresses in the UK.
For the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland we provided a 2 Day service.
For the Republic of Ireland we offer a 2 Day service but have been advised that some delays can be expected due to import delays.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.
