  • A question about delivery & returns

    Delivery

    We will try our best to process any orders received before 3.00 pm on the same day of the order.

    We use DPD as our courier and offer a Next Day service for most addresses in the UK.  For the Scottis Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland we provided a 2 Day service.  For the Republic of Ireland we offer a 2 Day service but have been advised that some delays can be expected due to import delays.

    Returns

    We are happy to accept returns of products that have not been used.  Please visit our returns page for more information.

    Are you struggling to find a stockist?

    Protos Integral are new to the UK and Ireland market and we are in the process of establishing a network of high quality specialist stockists who can explain the unique features of our innovative helmets.

    Only our Forest and Arborists versions of the Protos Integral helmet can be found in UK and Ireland stockists.  You can visit our OUTWEAR website to find your closest stockist.
