Delivery

UK & Ireland Delivery

We ship orders using DPD or Parcelforce to ensure reliable and trackable delivery.

Dispatch times

  • Orders placed before 2:00 pm on working days are usually dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.

Delivery times

  • UK mainland: 1–3 working days for in-stock items
  • Delivery times may be longer during busy periods, public holidays, or due to factors outside our control.

Shipping costs

  • Orders over £100: free delivery
  • Orders under £100:
    • £6.25 + VAT – UK mainland
    • £10.00 – Republic of Ireland
    • £10.00 – Channel Islands

Shipping costs are always shown clearly at checkout before payment.

Back-orders
If an item is marked “out of stock – arriving soon” or “out of stock – long lead time”, we’ll email you with an estimated delivery date. If this changes, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.

Damaged deliveries
If your parcel arrives damaged, please report this directly to the courier at the time of delivery and contact us as soon as possible.

Uncollected parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected, we reserve the right to charge a £10 handling fee (this does not apply where the courier is at fault).

International deliveries
We do not offer international deliveries, please visit www.protos.at to find a Distributor or Stockist near you.

Returns

Because Protos products are Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), returns are subject to specific conditions for hygiene and safety reasons.

Your legal right to cancel (14 days)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused
  • Unopened
  • In their original packaging

We may make a deduction from your refund if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

Our 30-day returns policy

In addition to your legal rights, we offer a 30-day return window for store purchases, provided:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • The return request is made within 30 days of delivery

Please note:

  • We do not offer exchanges
  • Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable

How to return an item

  1. Email info@outwear.co.uk with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return
  2. Wait for return approval and instructions
  3. Package the item securely and return it as instructed

You are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

We only accept returns for items purchased directly from this website.
